Refund Policy

This policy applies to all paid services purchased through WFM CV Builder, operated by WFM CV Builder ("we", "us", "our"). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

WFM Community members: The CV builder tools available inside the community platform are completely free and no payment is ever required to use them. This policy only applies to the separate paid services listed on our Pricing page.

Our paid services

We offer the following human-delivered career services: Interview Preparation, CV Review & Rewrite, WFM Full Package, and Part Time Service. These are personal services carried out by our team on your behalf. Because our team invests time and effort into each order, refunds are handled on the terms below.

Before work begins

If you have paid but have not yet been contacted by our team and work has not started, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us via WhatsApp or the Contact page as soon as possible.

After work has begun

Once our team has started work on your order (e.g. begun your CV rewrite or conducted your interview prep session), we are unable to offer a full refund as the service has been partially or fully delivered.

However, if you are not satisfied with the outcome, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right — this may include revisions, additional support, or a partial refund at our discretion.

Non-delivery

If we fail to deliver your service within a reasonable timeframe and have not communicated a delay, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us first to allow us to resolve the issue before raising a dispute with your bank.

Disputes and chargebacks

Before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider, please contact us first. We are a small team and will always do our best to resolve issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in your access being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

Processing refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive a confirmation once the refund is issued.
